Peter is a Clark County native who grew up in Battle Ground, graduated from Battle Ground High School, and has resided in Amboy for the last several years. Peter completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco. He is well versed in the law, having been in practice for over 30 years.
