Jackson, Jackson & Kurtz has deep roots in the Battle Ground community. The firm's story began with Earl W. Jackson, Sr., the first attorney in Battle Ground, Washington, who played a pivotal role in the city’s formation by incorporating it in 1951. Earl Sr. practiced general law and established a legacy of integrity and service that remains the foundation of the firm today.

In the 1980s, three of Earl Sr.'s children continued that legacy by founding Jackson, Jackson & Kurtz.

In 2014 and 2017 respectively, Ryan P. Kurtz and Jacob P. Jackson joined Earl W. Jackson Jr. and Peter K. Jackson at the firm. Both Earl Jr. and Peter dedicated more than thirty years to the practice. Today, Ryan and Jacob, along with new Associate Adrianna M. Anderson, continue the tradition of providing trusted legal counsel with a personal touch.
